Nature of the service
Neithra Technologies provides software only. It is not a bank, credit, financial services, payment or e-money institution, does not receive, hold or pay out money and does not collect receivables on behalf of others. TrueDue is software for the customer's own receivables management: every customer collects exclusively its own business receivables, and the customer sends payment reminders and dunning notices in its own name. Neithra Technologies provides no debt collection service and no legal advice. Details: Terms of Service, section 2.
Consumer dispute resolution
TrueDue is offered exclusively to businesses. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
